Shiva is the Founder of Circular Cities Asia and RENERGii, a venture studio and innovation firm. He has a deep passion for building and scaling ideas through urban circular economy principles and lean innovation.
Suzanna is the Platform Director of Circular Cities Asia. She has an MA in Philanthropic Studies and is a Global Fellow of the Moving Worlds Institute. Suzanna joins CCAsia with a strong background in capacity building, impact evaluation and cross-sector collaboration.
Roleen is the Programme Manager of Circular Cities Asia. She received her BA from UVic in GRS and Environmental Studies, and completed a Social Entrepreneurship Incubator with the Groundswell Alternative Business School in Vancouver, BC. She has a keen interest in regenerative design, experiential education, and innovating for social and environmental impact.
Gaurav is an Innovation Consultant at RENERGii Asia with over 12 years corporate experience consulting with global companies like John Deere, Unilever, and Deloitte. He's been part of corporate innovation teams to lead the planning and execution of new businesses. Gaurav has an MBA in Marketing from AIM, Philippines.
Niko is an Innovation Consultant and Venture Partner for RENERGii Asia. He works with startups in the studio to test new ideas, bring products to market and develop cohesive brands. In addition to his MBA, he has a sustainability certificate from UCLA, is a LEED Green Advisor and has a passion for sustainable urbanization.
Bing is a Principal at AlphaBeta and leads its economic development practice. He also has strong experience on advising governments and the private sector across sustainability topics, particularly on impact measurement and strategies to support the circular economy transition.
Lavanya is the Commercialisation Manager for disruptive innovation at the Queensland Urban Utilities in Brisbane. With years of experience in various leadership positions, Lavanya is a recognized water sector strategist in Australia, NZ and the broader Pacific region. She brings not just a deep understanding of the technical and economic complexities of urban water systems and markets, but also deep empathy for communities.
Elena is an innovation and entrepreneurship lecturer, a startup trainer for the ClimateLaunchpad global startup competition and a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultant, helping companies, educational institutions, and non profit organisations develop, launch and improve their DEI initiatives. She has lived and worked in Europe, the US, Africa and Asia (where she founded two business in Hong Kong) and currently calls Amsterdam home.
Dr. Jain is the Founder of BIOSEA and the Co-Founder of the Singapore Biomimicry Network. Anuj's interests range from wildlife conservation, ecological planning and ecosystem service assessments to creating nature-inspired designs for the built environment. He's a National Geographic Explorer for work on hornbills, a recipient of the Joan Mosenthal DeWind award for Lepidoptera Conservation by Xerces Society, USA and the Past Chairperson of Nature Society (Singapore)'s Butterfly & Insect Group.
