Registration Form
We use the information that we collect about you in the Circular Campus Programme registration form to sign you up to the programme, keep you informed on all of the programme events and activities and to report to your university and our funder/s on the performance of our programme. Your university may request a list of students who are studying at their institution and have registered for our programme so that they can provide academic support. We do not share your personal data with our funder or other third parties outside of your university.
If you do not enter our competition we will remove your personal information one year after the programme, which allows us to complete all our necessary communications and reporting.

Application Form
With the application form you enter our Circular Campus Programme competition. We use the information to access your application throughout different stages of the programme.
If you do not progress to our finals we will remove your personal information 1 year after the programme, which allows us to complete all our necessary communications and reporting.
Those that progress to our finals will have their details retained on our system for as long as we continue to communicate with you regarding your involvement in the competition. We will ask your permission to retain your details as an alumni of the competition so that we can keep you up to date with programme opportunities.

Google Drive
All our data is collected via google forms to collect the necessary information and the data is maintained on the Circular Cities Asia google drive which is password protected and only accessible to Circular Cities Asia staff members.

University faulty, staff and ecosystem partners
Circular Cities Asia maintains close relationships with universities and strategic partners who are important to the success of our programme. We hold a customer relationship management list on google drive which consists of the name, position title, organisation and email address of the university or strategic partner representative. We retain this information in order to maintain relationships with these partners and keep them up to date with our programmes and opportunities. We will only retain this information for as long as we genuinely need it. If we have not had any correspondence with you for 2 years we will remove your information from our customer relationship management list.
Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. You can cancel this subscription at any time, each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. We use Mailchimp for sending newsletters.
Provision to other companies or institutions
We will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions (outside of your own university), unless we are legally obliged to do so.
From time to time, partners or funders will contact us to express an interest in meeting a student team. We will only pass them your contact details if you give us explicit permission to do so.
