Who We Are
Circular Cities Asia (CCAsia) is Asia's first innovation and knowledge platform to foster entrepreneurship that makes our urban spaces more circular.
Our goal is to create an ecosystem that helps corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs and consumers identify and profitably address barriers impacting the transition to more circular urban systems, products and solutions.
We believe that circular cities are smart, liveable and sustainable.
What We Do
Circular Cities Asia City Chapters is an effort to gather and synthesize knowledge from industry experts to facilitate creating innovative solutions to modern day problems in our cities.
Singapore is known for her exceptionally clean streets. Yet, 7.7M tonnes of waste was produced in 2019. Land scarcity means dependence on other nations for resources.
The SG chapter brings together experts and individuals across industries to to create zero-waste and circular strategies, strengthening Singapore's self-reliance while meeting development and ecological goals.
Bengaluru is popularly known as the 'Silicon Valley' of India. The Bengaluru City Chapter aims to build a community of like-minded stakeholders, leveraging on the city's rich intellectual capital and deep innovation ecosystem to implement circular economy principles in our city, with the objective of balancing economic growth and ecological constraints.
Mysuru, the cultural capital of Karnataka, is one of India's cleanest cities. But increasing volumes of solid waste and water scarcity has set the stage for accelerated adoption of circular economy principles in the city. Circular Mysuru, is an initiative to build a shared understanding and pathway towards strong innovation in the circular economy in Mysuru.
